Working with Mario and his team at United Restoration Services was a pleasure! His team quickly came to our residence after we experienced severe water damage. They were calm, walked us through the process, and, remediated and cleaned all the damaged areas. They guided us through the claims process, and were highly professional. These situations are very stressful, and Mario's follow-up afterwards was very helpful!

United Restoration services are top notch. They cleaned a house we had been renting for the past year. No detail escaped them. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and got right to work. A pipe burst, my condominium was flooded; two floors and one ceiling were ruined. Not more than a few hours passed before an entire crew showed up (at night) to begin the clean up, place five industrial-type fans between the two floors, returned the following day to continue with clean up. Members of this team continued for several days to return, remove garbage, check on wetness, etc. This group, headed by Mario Lutz was incredible.
